Moschino offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 20 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to complete the online Return Form and receive your unique Return Number.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed UPS return label is securely attached to the outside.
Ship Items
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a complimentary collection through the carrier's website.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the items meet our luxury standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
